Do you ship internationally?

If you are interested in international shipping please contact us at shop@bowlsnewzealand.co.nz to place your order manually. 

 

Do my parcels require a signature?


All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Bowls New Zealand to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Parcels that include Aero CX Ultraglide Bag or Aero bowls are dispatched with a signature required for the safest delivery of your parcel. We can of course waive this signature at your request. However, by requesting this service be removed, you are acknowledging that Bowls New Zealand is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders and that your order will not be covered by insurance.

If you do wish to give Authority to Leave, please detail this in the delivery notes at the checkout. 

 

Dispatching to you:

All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within 10 working days of placing the order. If you place an order over a weekend or public holiday processing will start from the first working day.

When receiving a consignment that may be torn open, badly crushed etc please be sure to note this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage.
Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please be sure to provide us with a physical address when placing your order.

 

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Bowls New Zealand is not responsible for any delays caused by destination processing. 

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Should there be any shipment details or issues with your order Bowls New Zealand will contact you via email or if we require additional information for credit verification we'll be in touch. 

Please note that estimated delivery time does not include weekends or Public Holidays.
