We are unable to accept cash, cheque or bank transfer (direct debit). All orders will need to be paid by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal through the online store.
In consideration of your use of all Bowls New Zealand offers, discounts and promotions, you hereby represent that you agree to provide true, accurate and current information about yourself as prompted through the Site’s registration. If you do provide details that are untrue, inaccurate, not current or complete, Bowls New Zealand has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current or future use of the Site. If you use the Site you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access including but not limited to, your account registration, password and restricting access for any person other than yourself, to your computer. You agree that you accept responsibility for any and all activity that occurs under use of your account and password.

Bowls New Zealand trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Bowls New Zealand or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or discredits the Bowls New Zealand brand.

There may be a time where you will be required to register to use some of the features on this Site. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, purchased at original retail price, unworn or unused, with tags, and in any original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products and sale items. However, we will happily exchange your item for an alternative.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
